  • "Great Drinks!"

We went to the outside bar before dinner for drinks. It did not disappoint. One and done, it was good. My husband had a few beers, my daughter a mixed drink. In Italy, what we learned while there, whenever you order drinks, snacks are provided. They gave us chips and mixed nuts, then they served us bruschetta and pizza, included. I'd swing by this little courtyard bar again in a heartbeat the next time we are in Rome.

  • "Lovely Dining Room Overlooking the Garden"

We stayed here over Christmas. The Christmas lunch was excellent—traditionally Italian, five courses including drinks. Good value for money!

  • "Great Meal in a Lovely Setting"

The rose garden was so beautiful. We had the caprese salad, ravioli, penne carbonara and topped it off with tiramisu. Our waitress seemed to be the only one on duty, but as the restaurant started to fill up, she never missed a beat and was pleasant the whole time. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You can sit outside among the beautiful roses or inside in a glassed area right next to the roses. The restaurant is across the street from the American Embassy in a quiet, leafy area, and part of a hotel.
